Job Summary

The Senior Cybersecurity Consultant will lead the design, assessment, and implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and solutions for clients. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance on governance, risk management, compliance, security operations, and cyber resilience while building strong client relationships and leading multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of cybersecurity consulting engagements across multiple industries, including critical information infrastructure (CII) sectors.
• Assess clients’ cybersecurity maturity and recommend practical strategies to strengthen security posture and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks aligned with international standards.
• Lead vulnerability assessments, penetration testing (VAPT), digital forensic investigations, and cyber risk assessments.
• Design and support the implementation of Security Operations Centres (SOC), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms, Computer Emergency Response Teams (CERT), and related security capabilities.
• Advise clients on cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, SOC 2, and other industry best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while providing trusted advisory services to technical teams and executive leadership.
• Lead project teams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure the successful delivery of cybersecurity engagements.
• Prepare high-quality technical reports, executive presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Stay current with emerging cyber threats, technologies, and regulatory developments to enhance service delivery.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, including demonstrated experience supporting critical information infrastructure (CII) sectors.
• Proven consulting, client engagement, and team leadership experience with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.
• International exposure or cross-border cybersecurity consulting experience will be a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated expertise across multiple cybersecurity disciplines, including Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), Digital Forensics, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, SOC 2, Security Operations Centres (SOC), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and Computer Emergency Response Teams (CERT).
• Professional cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or equivalent are required.
• Excellent project management, presentation, communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical risks into clear, practical, and business-focused recommendations.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.
