Role Purpose
The Coordinator, Training Support is responsible for identifying learning needs, designing and delivering effective training programmes, and supporting the development of employee capabilities across the organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders to implement learning solutions, manage training operations, and evaluate programme effectiveness to drive continuous improvement and talent development.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analyses and competency assessments in collaboration with departmental stakeholders to identify learning and development requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain engaging training materials, instructional resources, and e-learning content using adult learning and instructional design principles.
- Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programmes, including onboarding, technical training, workshops, coaching, and professional development initiatives.
- Coordinate training schedules, participant enrolments, learning records, and reporting through the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, participant feedback, and performance metrics, and continuously improve learning content and delivery methods.
- Partner with department leaders to align learning initiatives with business objectives, workforce capability needs, and talent development strategies.
- Maintain accurate training documentation and ensure compliance with organisational learning standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support the implementation of learning and development projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing throughout the business.
- Prepare regular reports on training activities, participation, compliance, and programme outcomes.
Qualifications, Experience & Competencies
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in Training, Learning and Development, Instructional Design, or a related field will be an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in training, learning and development, instructional design, organisational development, or talent development.
- Proven experience designing and facilitating learning programmes within a corporate environment.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning technologies is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Sound knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital learning technologies.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid Ghanaian Driving Licence with the ability to drive a light vehicle.
