Key Responsibilities
As the Pipeline Assistant, you will:
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of efficient sales and business development pipeline processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflow efficiency and ensure opportunities progress effectively through the sales pipeline.
- Monitor pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and assist in resolving operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, clients, and property opportunities within the company’s systems.
- Prepare and update pipeline reports, dashboards, and other business documentation to support decision-making.
- Coordinate follow-ups with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of key activities.
- Ensure operational processes comply with company policies and established standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve pipeline management processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience in administration, sales support, business development, operations, or a related role.
