The Opportunity

Modern Estate Developers Ltd is seeking a professional, welcoming, and organised Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will manage front desk operations, provide excellent customer service, support administrative activities, and create a positive experience for everyone who interacts with the company.

This full-time role is ideal for an individual with strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Receptionist, you will:

  • Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and stakeholders in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage front desk operations and ensure a positive first impression of the company.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about company services and direct requests to the appropriate departments.
  • Schedule meetings, maintain appointment calendars, and support office coordination.
  • Receive, record, and distribute incoming correspondence and documents.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of company and client information.
  • Support daily office operations and assist team members when required.
  • Maintain a neat and professional reception area.
  • Handle customer concerns appropriately and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Senior High School (SHS) graduates with strong academic results and relevant skills may also be considered.
  • Previous experience in reception, front desk operations, customer service, or administrative support will be an advantage.

Location Requirement

Applicants should:

  • Reside in Tema, Ashaiman, Dawhenya, Prampram, or surrounding areas; or
  • Be willing to relocate to any of these locations.
