The Opportunity

Peduase Valley Resort is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and service-oriented Food & Beverage Attendants to join our hospitality team.

The successful candidates will provide exceptional dining experiences by delivering professional food and beverage service, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring guests receive prompt, courteous, and personalised attention throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will:

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience.
  • Present menus, explain menu items, and make appropriate food and beverage recommendations.
  • Take customer orders accurately and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and bar teams.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining excellent presentation standards.
  • Set up, clean, and maintain dining areas before, during, and after service.
  • Ensure tables are properly arranged and stocked with required service items.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, enquiries, and concerns.
  • Process guest bills and payments accurately where required.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety throughout service.
  • Work closely with kitchen, bar, and housekeeping teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Follow all health, safety, and hospitality service standards.
  • Support banquet, conference, and special event service when required.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service, hospitality, or customer service will be an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant operations, food service, and hospitality standards.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
