Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our Kasoa branch. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing business activities, coordinating staff, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service while contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Support the Branch Manager in achieving operational and sales targets.
- Supervise and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the proper handling of pharmaceutical products.
- Assist in implementing sales and marketing initiatives to increase business performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate business records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
- Address customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Support staff training and promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Perform other duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications and Skills
- male candidate is preferred.
- Senior High School (SHS) certificate or a higher qualification is preferred
- Knowledge of sales or marketing is required.
- Previous supervisory or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer literacy is an added advantage.
- A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to achieving business objectives.
