We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Claims Adjudication Officer to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and adjudicate healthcare claims in accordance with company policies, benefit schedules, and contractual agreements.
• Verify supporting documentation and validate claim information to identify errors, inconsistencies, or potential fraudulent activities.
• Ensure all claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and within established turnaround times.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, provider, and company information in line with data protection and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues and support continuous process improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Background in clinical healthcare.
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in claims processing, health insurance, or data entry. Experience within the health insurance industry is an added advantage.
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
