We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused, and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our restaurant in Spintex. This role is ideal for a dynamic hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding customer service, efficient workflow, and strong business performance.

Role Summary

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing the restaurant’s day-to-day operations, supervising staff, maintaining service quality, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and achieving financial and operational goals. The successful candidate will create a welcoming environment for guests while fostering a positive and productive workplace for employees.

Key Responsibilities

As the Restaurant Manager, you will:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery.
• Lead, supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house and kitchen teams to achieve high performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and maintain effective supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and food hygiene regulations.
• Develop staff schedules and manage workforce planning to support operational requirements.
• Monitor restaurant performance and implement strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Manage operating budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue opportunities.
• Prepare and present reports on sales performance, operating expenses, inventory, and staff productivity.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Support marketing and promotional initiatives that increase customer engagement and business growth.
• Perform additional duties that contribute to the successful operation of the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
• Professional certification in Hospitality or Food Service Management is an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience leading restaurant teams and managing daily operations.
• Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting is highly desirable.
