The ideal candidate will coordinate dispatch activities, ensure timely deliveries, and work closely with restaurant teams, delivery personnel, and customers to maintain efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
As the Dispatch Officer, you will:
- Coordinate and assign delivery requests to dispatch riders and drivers.
- Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Track deliveries and provide updates to customers and internal teams.
- Plan delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce delays.
- Communicate effectively with riders, kitchen teams, and customer service teams.
- Resolve delivery-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders, delivery times, and completed assignments.
- Support inventory and order coordination processes where required.
- Ensure delivery procedures follow company standards and customer service expectations.
- Provide daily dispatch reports and operational updates to management.
Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
- An HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in dispatch, logistics, delivery operations, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of delivery coordination and customer service processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to use basic computer applications and record management tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and accountability.
