Through the Flow Project, every purchase helps fund menstrual products and menstrual health education for girls in underserved schools and communities across Ghana. Position Summary

FlowWellness is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the company’s day-to-day operations, supply chain, and logistics. The successful candidate will ensure efficient order fulfilment, manage inventory, coordinate vendor relationships, support community outreach logistics, and drive operational excellence while contributing to the company’s mission of improving women’s health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process, including order processing, packaging, and timely delivery.
  • Oversee inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with suppliers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, delivery partners, and service providers.
  • Negotiate supplier and vendor agreements to achieve cost-effective and reliable service delivery.
  • Coordinate logistics and operational support for the Flow Project’s donation drives with schools, communities, and NGO partners.
  • Monitor operational costs, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, operational expenses, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular operational reports and provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Ensure consistent product quality and an exceptional customer experience throughout the order fulfilment process.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and coordination of operations staff as the organization grows.
  • Develop and improve operational processes to support business growth and scalability.
  • Perform other duties that contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or business administration.
  • Experience managing inventory and using basic financial or record-keeping tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • Passion for women’s health, wellness, or social impact initiatives is highly desirable.
