We are seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operations and drive business success.

Position Summary

The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensure outstanding customer service, manage inventory and sales activities, and lead the store team to achieve operational and commercial goals. The successful candidate will be passionate about beauty products, possess strong leadership skills, and create an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure efficient and smooth business performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Supervise, motivate, and support store staff to achieve sales and service objectives.
• Maintain strong knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
• Process customer payments accurately using cash and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve store targets.
• Manage inventory levels, receive stock, and ensure products are properly displayed and replenished.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, stock movements, and store transactions.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Implement company policies, operational procedures, and loss prevention measures.
• Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management.
• Perform other duties assigned to support the success of the business.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in store management or retail supervision is highly desirable.
• Prior knowledge of beauty products, cosmetics, and skincare is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, positive, and results-oriented attitude.
