Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the company’s operational functions.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that support business growth and efficiency.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Establish performance standards, monitor key operational metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and support teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Collaborate with department heads to improve workflows, systems, and processes.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Manage resources effectively to maximize productivity and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and best practices.
- Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate should possess:
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Communication Studies, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in an administrative, secretarial, office support, or operations-related role.
- Previous experience within a real estate company will be considered an added advantage.
- Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams, improve processes, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business management tools.
