We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales operations and contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Job Summary

The Sales Administrator will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team by managing customer orders, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring efficient communication with clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily sales activities and enhancing overall service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders, dispatch requests, and delivery confirmations accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and other administrative documentation.
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries received via telephone, email, and walk-in visits.
  • Prepare invoices, delivery notes, waybills, and other sales-related documents.
  • Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure the timely and accurate execution of deliveries.
  • Support the sales team by preparing weekly reports, presentations, and performance updates.
  • Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems for all sales documentation.
  • Monitor customer requests and follow up to ensure prompt service delivery.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalate complex issues where necessary.
  • Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of customer information and company records.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Educational Qualification & Experience

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Diploma, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
