We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing initiatives, expand our market presence, and drive sustainable business growth.

Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Manager will develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to increase revenue, strengthen customer relationships, and enhance the company’s brand. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, lead a high-performing sales team, and execute marketing campaigns that support the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including B2B partnerships with e-commerce platforms, retailers, manufacturers, and other corporate clients.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and recommend appropriate strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, motivate, and manage the sales team, including Sales Supervisors and Sales Administrators, to achieve performance objectives.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, digital marketing initiatives, and sales collateral.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze key performance indicators, and implement initiatives to improve results.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, marketing plans, and budget proposals to senior management.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and service delivery.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and business meetings to promote the brand and generate new business.

Qualifications & Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in sales and marketing, including at least two (2) years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably within the logistics, courier, or service industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
  • A strong network of corporate contacts in Ghana will be a significant advantage.
