Position Summary
As the Contract Manager, you will manage assigned security contracts, strengthen client relationships, supervise security personnel, and ensure operational standards are consistently achieved. You will serve as a key link between clients, management, and security teams while driving service excellence and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Manage assigned security contracts and ensure services are delivered according to client expectations and company standards.
- Supervise, support, and evaluate security personnel across assigned locations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess performance, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure security teams follow company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Monitor service delivery and address operational challenges promptly.
- Prepare accurate operational reports, incident reports, and performance reviews for management and clients.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and improve customer satisfaction.
- Support training, coaching, and performance development of security personnel.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security requirements.
- Perform other duties assigned by Management to support business objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate will have:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Security Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Proven experience in security operations, contract management, client relations, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of security procedures, operational standards, and service delivery management.
- Experience supervising and managing security personnel.
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
- Strong report writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to analyse operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Good organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications will be an advantage.
