We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and resourceful Office Manager & Personal Assistant to provide executive-level support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) while overseeing the efficient day-to-day administration of our corporate office.
This role is ideal for a professional who excels at managing competing priorities, coordinating executive activities, and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. You will play a critical role in supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring smooth communication between the CEO, employees, clients, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, and logistics.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials for executive meetings.
- Attend meetings where required, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Screen and manage incoming correspondence, emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Prioritise requests and ensure timely responses to business matters.
- Maintain complete confidentiality when handling sensitive information and executive documentation.
Office Management
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the corporate office.
- Ensure the office environment remains organised, efficient, and well maintained.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and administrative resources.
- Monitor office procedures and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support the implementation of administrative policies and best practices.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal departments, clients, business partners, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and corporate events.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the organisation.
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships with stakeholders.
Project & Administrative Support
- Support the CEO in coordinating strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Track project timelines and follow up on key deliverables across departments.
- Conduct research and prepare reports to support executive decision-making.
- Maintain organised records, files, and confidential business documents.
- Perform other administrative and executive support duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants must possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in executive support, office management, executive administration, or a similar role.
- Experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leadership will be a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
