Job Summary

As a Female Content Creator (Livestream Host), you will host engaging live streaming sessions that showcase our cosmetic products, educate customers, and drive online sales. You will build meaningful connections with viewers through interactive presentations while representing the company’s brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Comprehensive training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to develop a career in digital content creation and live commerce.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• Four (4) hours per day
• Applicants must commit to one fixed shift:
  • Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Shift 2: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Host engaging live streaming sessions to introduce, demonstrate, and promote the company’s cosmetic products.
• Present promotional campaigns, product features, and special offers using company-approved scripts and marketing materials.
• Interact with viewers by responding to comments, answering product-related questions, and creating an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Encourage customer engagement and drive product sales through confident and interactive presentations.
• Collaborate with the Telesales and Livestream Chat Support teams to improve customer conversion and order completion.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance that reflects the company’s brand image during every livestream.
• Participate in training programmes to strengthen presentation, communication, and live-selling skills.
• Stay informed about new products, promotions, and company campaigns to deliver accurate information during broadcasts.

Educational Requirements

Applicants should possess the necessary qualifications for the role. Previous experience in sales, customer service, telesales, digital content creation, or livestream hosting will be an added advantage but is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
