Role Overview

As Operations Lead / Chief of Staff, you will work closely with leadership to improve company execution, strengthen internal operations, and ensure teams remain aligned and focused on high-impact priorities.

You will help design and run the systems that keep the company organized, efficient, and prepared for growth. This role requires strong judgment, exceptional organization, and the ability to move between strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage operating rhythms that keep teams aligned, focused, and moving quickly.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and people operations initiatives.
• Own company planning, reporting, tracking, and execution follow-through.
• Coordinate effectively across engineering, product, sales, and leadership teams.
• Develop and improve internal systems, processes, and operational workflows.
• Support finance, vendor management, and administrative operations as needed.
• Use AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, automation, and decision-making.
• Identify high-priority challenges and drive them through to resolution.
• Support leadership with research, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across different areas of the company.
• A bias toward action and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High ownership, reliability, and accountability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
• Willingness and ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience in operations, chief-of-staff, business operations, or founding-team roles.
• Experience working at an early-stage startup.
• Familiarity with finance, recruiting, or people operations.
• Experience building internal tools, workflows, or automations.
• Strong interest in AI-powered productivity and emerging technologies.
