Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Process payroll and ensure statutory deductions are calculated and submitted accurately.
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and operational expenses to support effective financial planning.
- Reconcile ticket sales, event revenues, and receipts across all payment channels.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of tax returns and other statutory filings.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing financial documentation and reports.
- Maintain compliance with company financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyse financial performance and recommend cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Educational Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
- Practical knowledge of accounting software and financial management systems.
Additional Requirement
Applicants should reside in or around Lapaz, Tabora, Achimota, Race Course, Sowutoum, or nearby communities to facilitate convenient commuting.
