As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead our operational teams and drive service excellence across our security operations.

Position Summary

The Head of Operations will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the company’s security operations. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality security services, strengthen operational performance, maintain compliance with company standards, and build strong client relationships.

This role requires a proactive leader with strong operational expertise, excellent people management skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic security environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Lead and oversee all security operations to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures that support business objectives.
• Ensure all security operations comply with company standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor operational performance and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop security supervisors and operational teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor workforce performance and support training and development initiatives.
• Ensure adequate deployment of personnel to meet operational requirements.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Address operational concerns promptly and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure service delivery consistently meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Support business growth by maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Risk Management & Compliance

• Conduct regular operational inspections and security audits.
• Identify operational risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client security requirements.
• Investigate operational incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare operational reports, performance analyses, and management updates.
• Monitor key performance indicators and recommend strategies to improve operational effectiveness.
• Support the implementation of best practices and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management to achieve organizational goals.
• Perform any other duties assigned to support business operations.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years’ progressive experience in security operations management or a similar leadership role.
• Proven experience leading and managing security operations.
• Strong understanding of security procedures, operational planning, and risk management.
• Experience within the private security industry will be a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple operational sites and teams effectively.
