Job Summary
The Account Clerk will support the Finance Department by maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate financial documentation. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Record and process daily financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Verify financial data and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and records.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Contribute to a welcoming, professional, and service-oriented work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Educational & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in an accounting role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must reside within Tema or Ashaiman.
