We invite enthusiastic, motivated, and career-focused graduates to join our 2026–2027 Graduate Training Programme – National Service (Human Resources). This programme provides graduates with hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and exposure to best practices in human resource management within the mining industry.
Programme Summary
As a National Service Human Resources Trainee, you will support the Human Resources Department in delivering efficient HR services while gaining practical experience across key HR functions. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will contribute to recruitment, employee administration, performance management, and HR operations while developing the knowledge and skills required for a successful career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
The Human Resources Trainee will:
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources and Administration team.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and support document management.
- Assist with recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities.
- Support the maintenance of employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Assist with payroll administration and employee-related processes.
- Support employee engagement, welfare, and staff communication initiatives.
- Assist with performance management and employee appraisal processes.
- Prepare HR reports and analyse workforce information as required.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Perform other Human Resources duties assigned by the department.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be Ghanaian graduates eligible for the 2026–2027 National Service Programme.
- Have completed studies in 2026 at a recognized and accredited university in Ghana.
- Hold a qualification in one of the following disciplines or a closely related field:
- BSc Human Resource Management
- BA Human Resource Management
- BSc Business Administration (Human Resource Management Option)
- BA Management Studies (Human Resource Option)
- Or another closely related discipline.
- Possess National Service registration details, including the National Service Number and PIN.

Preferred Experience
Candidates should have:
- Between six (6) months and one (1) year of internship or industrial attachment experience.
- Exposure to Human Resources, administration, or business operations will be an advantage.
