Job Summary
The Account Manager will oversee key client accounts, identify new business opportunities, and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and experience in technology-driven industries, particularly Telecoms, ISPs, or IT services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned accounts across multiple regions, maintaining strong client relationships.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and reports to management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
Work effectively with public sector, NGO, or diplomatic accounts to deliver impactful solutions.
Requirements
Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within Telecoms, ISP, or Technology sectors.
Experience managing public sector, NGO, or diplomatic accounts is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts across diverse regions.
Results-oriented, proactive, and client-focused mindset.
