Job Summary

The Account Manager will oversee key client accounts, identify new business opportunities, and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and experience in technology-driven industries, particularly Telecoms, ISPs, or IT services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned accounts across multiple regions, maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and reports to management.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.

  • Work effectively with public sector, NGO, or diplomatic accounts to deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within Telecoms, ISP, or Technology sectors.

  • Experience managing public sector, NGO, or diplomatic accounts is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts across diverse regions.

  • Results-oriented, proactive, and client-focused mindset.
