Role Overview
ACTT is seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The successful candidate will ensure smooth office functions, accurate record-keeping, and efficient support to staff and management within a dynamic start-up learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and office operations.
Maintain accurate financial and operational records with high attention to detail.
Support staff with documentation, reporting, and coordination of internal processes.
Assist with procurement, inventory management, and office supplies.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools to support administrative functions.
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Collaborate with team members to support ACTT’s participatory and innovative culture.
Educational Requirements & Experience
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and other digital tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Hands-on, proactive approach and readiness to contribute to building ACTT.
Experience working in a school, training, or vocational education environment.
Skills and Competencies
High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.

Working Conditions
