Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Data Department in managing daily administrative and data-related operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting reporting processes, and ensuring efficient departmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Data Department and assist with daily operations
  • Maintain, organize, and update departmental records and databases
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and data summaries accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with data entry, verification, and record management processes
  • Coordinate internal communications and support departmental scheduling activities
  • Handle filing, documentation, and record-keeping tasks in line with company standards
  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and operational documents
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive company information
  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflow efficiency and administrative processes

Educational Requirement

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Statistics, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field is an advantage

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
