Position Summary
The Administrative Officer will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the school. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain efficient office systems while supporting the Head of School and other departments.

Key Responsibilities
Office Administration & Operations
- Manage daily administrative operations of the school.
- Maintain efficient office workflows and ensure smooth coordination of administrative activities.
- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory to support uninterrupted operations.
- Coordinate procurement of office materials and equipment as required.
- Support the Head of School in executing administrative and operational duties.
Records Management & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for:
- Students
- Staff
- School assets
- Administrative activities
- Prepare official documents including letters, reports, memos, notices, and presentations.
- Record minutes of meetings and track action items to ensure follow-up and completion.
- Safeguard confidentiality and ensure proper handling of sensitive information.
Educational Requirements
Applicants must possess an HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following or related fields:
- Business Administration
- Public Administration
- Management Studies
- Education Administration
- Educational Management
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in:
- School Administration
- Educational Administration
- Office Management
- Administrative Support Services
- Prior experience in a private school environment will be an added advantage.
