Position Summary
As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization by coordinating administrative activities, maintaining efficient office processes, and ensuring a productive work environment. You will work closely with internal teams to provide high-quality administrative support that contributes to the achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative operations to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Manage correspondence, records, and office documentation efficiently.
- Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and maintain calendars for relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Support internal teams with administrative and operational tasks.
- Organize company meetings, events, and travel arrangements when required.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
- Deliver excellent internal customer service while supporting organizational goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Higher National Diploma (HND) or a higher qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Relevant industry experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is an advantage.
