Position Summary
The Agent Banking and Payments Manager will lead the strategy, operations, and growth of agency banking and merchant payment services. The role requires a strong understanding of digital financial services and the ability to develop and manage partnerships, optimize payment channels, and drive business growth.
This is a full-time position based in Accra.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to expand agency banking and merchant payment networks.
Manage relationships with agents, merchants, and digital payment partners.
Monitor performance and compliance of agency banking and payment operations.
Drive digital financial service adoption, including mobile and merchant payment solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operational processes and customer experience.
Track KPIs, prepare reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
Identify opportunities for innovation and revenue growth in payments and digital banking.
Qualifications and Requirements
MBA, MA, BSc, or BA in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Strong understanding of agency banking, merchant payments, and digital financial services.
Proven experience in managing financial services operations, partnerships, or payments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results.
