Position Overview

Mountcrest University College invites applications from qualified and motivated individuals for the position of Assistant Lecturers. The successful candidates will contribute to teaching, research, and academic development within their areas of specialization while supporting the University College’s mission of excellence in higher education.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and instructional support in assigned courses.

  • Assist in curriculum development and continuous improvement of academic programs.

  • Engage in research, scholarly activities, and publications aligned with the faculty’s goals.

  • Support student learning through mentoring, supervision, and academic advising.

  • Participate actively in departmental meetings, committees, and academic activities.

  • Contribute to community service and outreach initiatives of the University College.


Educational Requirements

  • MPhil or Research Master’s degree in a relevant area of specialization.

  • Demonstrated potential for teaching excellence and academic research.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
