Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Junior Assistant – Quality Control to support laboratory operations and ensure product quality meets established standards. The successful candidate will contribute to testing, analysis, and compliance processes within a regulated environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting quality control tests and analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including modern analytical instruments
  • Ensure accurate documentation of test results in line with regulatory and company standards
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory environment
  • Identify deviations and report findings to senior quality control personnel
  • Adhere strictly to safety, compliance, and regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent product quality

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Quality Control role within the pharmaceutical or related industry
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory practices and quality control processes
  • Experience working in a pharmaceutical laboratory environment is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in the use of modern analytical instruments
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
