Position Summary

Kinapharma Limited is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Warehouse Manager to support warehouse operations at its North Kaneshie facility. This role plays a critical part in creating a compliant, efficient, and well-organized warehouse environment that supports pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution activities.

The Assistant Warehouse Manager will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and supervision of daily warehouse operations.

• Ensure proper receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products and materials.

• Enforce compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP), and company policies.

• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

• Support the implementation and monitoring of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Coordinate warehouse staff schedules and support performance management activities.

• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment at all times.

• Collaborate with procurement, production, quality assurance, and distribution teams.

• Prepare reports on warehouse performance, stock status, and compliance metrics.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement & Logistics, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Assistant Warehouse Manager or in a similar supervisory warehouse role.

• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
