We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and technically proficient Auto Air Conditioning Specialist to join our team in Accra. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining automotive air conditioning and climate control systems while delivering reliable service to our customers.

Position Summary

As the Auto Air Conditioning Specialist, you will inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicle air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance. You will use specialized diagnostic equipment, apply technical expertise, and provide efficient solutions for various automotive climate control issues while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities

As the Auto Air Conditioning Specialist, you will:

• Diagnose faults in automotive air conditioning and climate control systems using appropriate testing methods and diagnostic tools.
• Inspect, service, recharge, and repair vehicle A/C systems to ensure efficient operation.
• Repair and replace A/C components, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, hoses, seals, and related parts.
• Identify refrigerant leaks and perform necessary repairs in accordance with industry safety standards.
• Conduct system performance checks and recommend appropriate repairs or maintenance solutions.
• Use specialized equipment to test system pressure, identify faults, and verify repair effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate service records, repair reports, and customer service documentation.
• Ensure all repairs meet company quality standards and customer expectations.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Stay updated on automotive A/C technologies, repair techniques, and industry developments.
• Provide professional technical advice and support to customers regarding vehicle climate control systems.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and environmental requirements when handling refrigerants and automotive components.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants must possess:

• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing automotive air conditioning and climate control systems.
• Practical experience performing A/C inspections, refrigerant recharges, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Demonstrated ability to repair and replace components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, hoses, refrigerant systems, and seals.
• Experience using specialized automotive diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong technical understanding of vehicle A/C systems and climate control operations.
• Computer literacy and ability to use basic digital tools for reporting and service records.
