The Position

The Auto Mechanic actively diagnoses, repairs, and maintains vehicles and automotive systems in line with company standards. The role supports operational efficiency, vehicle safety, and customer satisfaction at both the Tema Head Office and the Obuasi Branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in vehicles using appropriate tools and techniques.

• Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance efficiently.

• Inspect vehicles to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with technical standards.

• Maintain accurate service records and report completed work.

• Follow safety procedures and promote a clean, organized workshop environment.

• Collaborate with team members to meet service timelines and quality expectations.

• Stay updated on automotive technologies and repair methods.

  Qualifications and Experience

  Applicants must:

  • Hold WASSCE, NABTEX, or HND in Automobile Engineering or a related discipline.

  • Possess 2–4 years of hands-on experience as an Auto Mechanic or in a similar role.

  • Demonstrate strong diagnostic, repair, and problem-solving skills.

  • Show commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement.

  • Demonstrate teamwork, reliability, and professional conduct.
