Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Aviation Legal Officer to join our team. In this role, you will provide legal support across the organization, ensure regulatory compliance, and safeguard the company’s legal and commercial interests within the aviation sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on aviation regulations, contracts, and corporate matters.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, including commercial contracts and service-level agreements.

  • Ensure compliance with local and international aviation laws and regulatory requirements.

  • Support dispute resolution processes and manage litigation matters where necessary.

  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and external legal counsel as required.

  • Identify legal risks and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.

  • Maintain accurate legal documentation and records in line with company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law or a related field.

  • Admission to the Bar and relevant professional certification is an advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of aviation law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.

  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
