Key Responsibilities

As a Bakery Production Manager, you will:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily bakery production schedules to meet demand.
• Ensure timely delivery of baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to support uninterrupted production.
• Implement and enforce food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise, train, and motivate bakery staff to achieve optimal performance.
• Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Manage staff shift schedules and effectively resolve staffing challenges.
• Optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs when necessary.
• Track production costs and support effective budget management.
• Prepare and present daily and weekly production reports.
