Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartenders to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will craft high-quality beverages, engage with guests, and create memorable experiences in a lively beach club setting. You will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service and vibrant atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Create a welcoming and engaging environment for all guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum of a Senior High School (SHS) certificate or equivalent.
• Formal training or certification in hospitality, bartending, or mixology will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced bar, restaurant, or entertainment venue is an advantage.
