Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef/Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will prepare high-quality meals, maintain excellent kitchen standards, and contribute to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will play a vital role in upholding food quality, consistency, and safety in a fast-paced beach club environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present meals in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company expectations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
  • Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Assist in menu preparation and contribute creative ideas for new dishes.
  • Monitor food stock levels and support inventory control processes.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals during service periods.

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum of a Senior High School (SHS) certificate or equivalent.
  • Formal training or certification in Culinary Arts, Catering, or Hospitality Management is an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or in a similar kitchen role.
  • Experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong cooking and food preparation skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity and attention to detail in food presentation.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • High level of discipline and time management.
