Job Summary

Nature’s Sprout Academy seeks a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to create a welcoming, structured, and supportive environment for students with diverse learning and developmental needs. The Behavior Technician will implement behavior intervention plans, collect and analyze data, and work closely with therapists, teachers, and families to promote positive behaviors and overall development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention plans and strategies under the guidance of therapists.
  • Collect accurate data on student progress and behavior patterns.
  • Support the development of social, emotional, and academic skills in students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, ABA therapists, and parents to ensure consistency in interventions.
  • Observe, document, and report on student behavior to inform therapy adjustments.
  • Create a structured, warm, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Demonstrate emotional regulation and model positive behaviors.
  • Remain teachable, receptive to feedback, and committed to professional growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrates a teachable mindset and openness to feedback.
  • Structured yet naturally warm approach to student engagement.
  • Detail-oriented, observant, and emotionally regulated.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in behavior therapy or ABA settings is desirable.
