Job Summary
Nature’s Sprout Academy seeks an enthusiastic and dedicated Classroom Facilitator to create a welcoming, engaging, and supportive learning environment. The Classroom Facilitator will actively guide and inspire students, fostering both academic and personal growth while integrating nature-based learning experiences into daily lessons.

Key Responsibilities
- Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment that supports all students.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the nature-based curriculum.
- Observe and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
- Foster curiosity, creativity, and responsibility through interactive, hands-on learning experiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student development.
- Maintain structured routines while creating a warm and supportive atmosphere.
- Demonstrate emotional regulation and model positive behaviors for students.
- Remain receptive to feedback and committed to professional growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrates a teachable mindset and openness to feedback.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and naturally warm in approach.
- Observant, emotionally regulated, and professional in all interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
