Job Summary

Nature’s Sprout Academy seeks an enthusiastic and dedicated Classroom Facilitator to create a welcoming, engaging, and supportive learning environment. The Classroom Facilitator will actively guide and inspire students, fostering both academic and personal growth while integrating nature-based learning experiences into daily lessons.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment that supports all students.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the nature-based curriculum.
  • Observe and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
  • Foster curiosity, creativity, and responsibility through interactive, hands-on learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student development.
  • Maintain structured routines while creating a warm and supportive atmosphere.
  • Demonstrate emotional regulation and model positive behaviors for students.
  • Remain receptive to feedback and committed to professional growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrates a teachable mindset and openness to feedback.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and naturally warm in approach.
  • Observant, emotionally regulated, and professional in all interactions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
