Role Overview:
The Business Development Executive will identify new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and support the company’s logistics and supply chain operations. This role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure value and efficiency.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.

• Support logistics and supply chain operations to enhance service delivery.

• Prepare business proposals, reports, and performance updates for management.

Educational & Professional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.

• Knowledge of customs regulations, vendor compliance, and international shipping is an added advantage.
