Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase company revenue and market share.
- Develop and implement effective business development and sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
- Negotiate contracts and manage client accounts professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at meetings, industry events, and networking activities.
- Monitor business performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Good understanding of the construction, quarry, or concrete products industry is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
