Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our business growth initiatives. You will identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth while strengthening the company’s presence in the Ghanaian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement business development strategies to support company growth.

• Identify and pursue new market opportunities within the IT and electronics sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.

• Lead and mentor business development or sales team members where applicable.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, preferably within the electronics or IT industry.

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong network within the Ghanaian business community.

• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.

• Leadership and team management experience.
