Position Overview

The Bank Hospital seeks a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand partnerships, and strengthen the hospital’s market position. The successful candidate will design and execute business development strategies that enhance patient acquisition, revenue growth, and stakeholder engagement.

This role requires strong commercial insight, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Strategy

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive hospital growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance patient acquisition and service expansion.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurers, and healthcare partners.
  • Represent the hospital in meetings, negotiations, and industry engagements.
  • Strengthen collaborations with key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.

Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Support marketing initiatives that enhance hospital visibility and reputation.
  • Contribute to the development of campaigns that promote hospital services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align messaging and business objectives.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track business development performance against targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Leadership & Coordination

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals.
  • Motivate and influence internal stakeholders to achieve growth targets.
  • Ensure alignment of business development activities with organizational strategy.

Educational & Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Economics, Finance, or Marketing (required).
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or marketing within the healthcare sector.
  • Experience in healthcare startups or fast-paced healthcare environments is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business targets.
  • Experience in designing and executing business development strategies.
