Role Overview
Virtual InfoSec Africa Limited seeks a driven and ambitious Business Development / Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our client base, strengthen market presence, and drive sustainable revenue growth. This role suits a proactive professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and builds strong relationships within the security and technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
Collaborate with technical and internal teams to deliver tailored security solutions to clients.
Track sales activities, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and prepare performance reports.
Support digital marketing initiatives and brand visibility where required.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably within the security industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; familiarity with digital marketing platforms is an added advantage.
