Role Overview

Virtual InfoSec Africa Limited seeks a driven and ambitious Business Development / Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our client base, strengthen market presence, and drive sustainable revenue growth. This role suits a proactive professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and builds strong relationships within the security and technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.

  • Collaborate with technical and internal teams to deliver tailored security solutions to clients.

  • Track sales activities, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and prepare performance reports.

  • Support digital marketing initiatives and brand visibility where required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably within the security industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; familiarity with digital marketing platforms is an added advantage.
