Role Purpose

The Business Executive actively drives sales growth by promoting Hollard Insurance products, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the company’s overall business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.

• Promote and sell insurance products to individuals and corporate clients.

• Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive client engagement and follow-up.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.

• Provide accurate product information and respond promptly to client inquiries.

• Support clients through policy onboarding, renewals, and basic claims processes.

Marketing and Brand Representation

• Represent Hollard Insurance professionally at marketing activities, roadshows, and promotional events.

• Promote the company’s brand values and customer-focused culture at all times.

Reporting and Compliance

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information.

• Submit regular performance reports to supervisors.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications and Eligibility

Education

• Minimum qualification: SHS, DBS, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.

Age Requirement

• Applicants must be 25 years and above.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Results-oriented with a strong passion for sales and customer service.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and self-motivation.
