Position Summary
EMWA Insurance Brokers is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager (Sales & Marketing) to support the growth of the company’s business development and client acquisition initiatives. The successful candidate will develop marketing strategies, build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to achieving the company’s sales and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s insurance products and services through effective marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
- Support the development of proposals, presentations, and client engagement materials.
- Manage client interactions professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective insurance solutions.
- Participate in networking events, client meetings, and business development activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
- Maintain professionalism, integrity, and compliance with company policies and insurance industry standards.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A CIIG (Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana) Diploma or higher professional qualification.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant professional experience in sales, marketing, insurance, or business development.
- Proven experience in client relationship management and business development.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, sales processes, and customer engagement strategies.
