BUSINESS MANAGER (FULL-TIME)
Location: Takoradi, Ghana

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and well-connected Business Manager to lead strategic business operations, regulatory engagement, and stakeholder relations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating government interfaces, managing institutional relationships, and supporting the company’s industrial expansion and operational efficiency in Ghana.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate business operations in alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key government and regulatory bodies.
- Navigate administrative processes related to land acquisition, permits, and industrial compliance.
- Oversee stakeholder engagement, including community relations and institutional partnerships.
- Support project execution within industrial and manufacturing environments.
- Ensure compliance with Ghanaian laws, including land administration and industrial regulations.
- Facilitate efficient communication between the company and relevant public sector institutions.
- Provide strategic input on operational planning, expansion, and regulatory positioning.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in large-scale industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects in Ghana.
- Strong working knowledge of Ghanaian government administrative systems and the Land Act.
- Demonstrated existing communication or working relationships within institutions such as:
- Ghana Revenue Authority (Customs Division)
- Lands Commission
- ECG / GRIDCo or relevant energy sector agencies
- Proven experience with Free Zone application processes and management.
- Familiarity with glass manufacturing or heavy industrial operations is an advantage.
- High proficiency in professional English communication (written and spoken).
- Ability to speak or understand Twi or other local dialects is a strong advantage.
