Job Summary

GIU International Christian Academy is seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Business Studies Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction at the IGCSE and A Level. The successful candidate will equip students with practical business knowledge, analytical thinking skills, and a strong understanding of global business concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Business Studies lessons aligned with IGCSE and A Level curriculum standards
• Teach key business concepts including management, marketing, finance, and operations
• Use real-world case studies to enhance students’ understanding of business environments
• Develop, administer, and grade tests, assignments, and mock examinations
• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback and academic support
• Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial mindset among students
• Maintain accurate academic records and reports
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience (IGCSE/A Level experience is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of business concepts and curriculum delivery
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students
• High level of professionalism, organization, and commitment
