Role Overview

Telecel Ghana seeks a results-oriented Campaign Operations & Execution Specialist who will drive the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns. You will act as a critical link between Commercial and IT teams, ensuring seamless campaign delivery through strong technical and strategic alignment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Translate commercial objectives into technical campaign requirements
  • Collaborate with Commercial and IT teams to scope and execute campaigns
  • Manage campaign execution within agreed timelines and performance targets
  • Analyze campaign data and ensure accurate targeting using customer data systems
  • Monitor operational metrics and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
  • Deliver ad-hoc campaigns under tight deadlines while maintaining high performance
  • Ensure proper system integration and functionality within campaign platforms
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive alignment and execution

Qualifications & Experience

  • Hold a university degree or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrate strong systems integration skills, especially in customer data (data-mart) environments
  • Possess strong SQL skills with experience in relational OLTP databases (OLAP is an advantage)
  • Show ability to translate business needs into technical requirements effectively
  • Apply a disciplined, detail-oriented approach while managing operational tasks
  • Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is an added advantage
