Role Overview

We are hiring proactive and results-driven Campus Ambassadors to represent Thrive Campus across universities in Ghana. In this full-time role, you will create a welcoming environment for students, drive engagement, and lead the expansion of the Thrive Africa student community on your campus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion digital and AI skills development on campus through active promotion and student engagement
  • Build and nurture a strong Thrive Campus presence within your university
  • Recruit and onboard a minimum of 200 students weekly into the Thrive Africa community
  • Organize and support campus activations, events, and outreach initiatives
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Thrive Campus and your student community
  • Foster an inclusive, engaging, and welcoming environment for all students

Requirements

  • Must be a student or graduate residing in or around universities such as UCC, KNUST, University of Ghana (Legon), or other tertiary institutions
  • Demonstrated interest in digital skills, AI, and student community building
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet weekly recruitment targets and work independently
  • Highly motivated, organized, and results-oriented
